Rajasthani Jayka

You all have heard about "Pink City" which is known for its stunning forts architecture, and having a city with great food and history makes it's a distinguished traveller destination. But before coming to Jaipur, you must have thought to try some Rajasthani food so do I and I heard about a place known as " Chowki Dhani". As I reached a bit late there with my friends and when I stepped to the counter I saw their entry fee and my first thought was "Why should I spend my money on the food as I can do so many things with this money. But another thought which was running inside my mind that you made so far for this place only, let's go inside and Find out! What is inside? " And I was really surprised by seeing the place from inside. It was actually defining the beauty of a village. That's why I think that I should write about this place. I regret a little as we reached late and we realised that we missed some shows and rides of such a tremendous ethnic village.

If someone would ask my opinion about this place then I would that this is the most attractive and exciting place in Jaipur. Chowki Dhani which offers food with a marvellous fusion of Rajasthani culture and entertainment. This is an ethnic village resort where you can have an actual feel of the Rajasthani village.
When you enter at Chowki Dhani which is situated nearby Sitapura, they will welcome you in a traditional way by applying a "Tilak" (come from Sanskrit Word "Tilaka")  on your forehead saying "Padharo sa" which means "Welcoming you with Respect". When you move forward you will enter into an extremely ethnic decorated  reception counter where you can pay for two types of food menu:
Village thali food: ₹700
Resort Buffet food: ₹1100
After crossing the security check you can have an actual feel of a pure Rajasthani village soil with some modern touches. They will welcome you with a pure desi "WELCOME DRINK".
They have so many site sseeing places like they have shown the epic battle of Haldighati which was fought between Maharana Pratap and Mughal emperor Akbar and they have amazingly recreated the glorious history of the war in Chowki Dhani. Everyone dreams to experience some exciting and adventurous animal rides, and this place got different rides like camel ride, bull-cart ride, Elephant ride, Horse ride & Boat ride.
